-Kishin are allowed a total of two powers per level after being at a level where you can attain powers.
-You can have less, but the only way to have more is with special permission from the Site Owner after giving a logical explanation and also explaining it in your character's history.
-Kishin at Kishin rank or higher can not enter Death City casually. If you walk into Death City, you are going to be attacked. If you want a casual RP as a kishin, try somewhere else.

-Witches have to have a theme for their powers, their appearance has to match this theme somewhat.
-They are allowed a total of seven magics from the start. They will be extremely weak at a low level, but you start with all of them.
-Witches can only enter Death City unharmed if they state in their first post that they have a Soul Protect on.
