The Basics

Name: (Explains itself. What's yo name?)
Age: (How old ish yew?)
Appearance: (What do you look like? Pictures allowed. In the Kishin's case, you also need to list what they looked like when they weren't in a humanoid form. If you're going for a low level kishin, all you need to list is the non-humanoid form.)
Personality: (How do you act? 2 paragraph [10 sentence] minimum)


The Powah

Abilities: (Any natural abilities such as enhanced agility, etc.)
Proficiency: (What does your character excel at?)
Powers: (Basic enough, what powers do they have, if any? What extraordinary things can they do? Please no OP.)
Weapon Integration: (If your kishin is past the point where they have devoured their weapon, this is where you put the effects that has. Any extra techniques, carried over traits, etc.)


In-Depth

History: (Backstory of your character, minimum of 4 Paragraphs)
RP Sample: (Show us what ya got! Does not have to be from here, or even soul eater related)
