New Blood: This is a new weapon, whether newly born, or ignorant/unknowing of their power, they can not transform, even partially. They can NOT resonate.

Starter: A starter weapon can partially transform, but not fully. Their power is weak at this point, and besides basic attacks they won't know any techniques. They can NOT resonate.

Experienced: An experienced weapon can fully transform, use 2 techniques, and their partial transformation is stronger. They can resonate, but it's very difficult and consumes a LOT of their soul force.

Master: A master weapon has a lot of power, having mastered their full and partial transformations, they can use up to 4 techniques. They also have a moderately easy time resonating and it doesn't consume too much soul force. They're only one step away from..

Death Scythe: The most powerful weapons possible. A master weapon can become a death scythe after devouring a witch (npc)'s soul IC. A Death Scythe can use 6 techniques, and has the most power possible for a weapon. Death Scythes have the easiest time Soul Resonating with their meisters, and it doesn't even consume soul force at this point.



Almost Human: Meisters at this level shouldn't have a weapon yet. They can use no technique of any sort, and they can't use their soul force.

One-Star: Upon acquisition of a weapon, Meisters are promoted to One-Star Meisters and enrolled in DWMA (Death Weapon Meister Academy). One-Star meisters can utilize their weapon's techniques, and they can resonate. But both take up a lot of soul force.

Two-Star: Two-star meisters are more experienced. They can resonate with less effort, and they should be able to use their weapons more effectively.

Three-Star: The top breed. The three-star meisters are the best of the best. Almost unstoppable in combat, masters at fighting with their weapons, and experts at resonating. These guys, you don't want to fuck with.


(NOTE: To become a kishin, one must first be a three-star meister with a weapon, then start devouring human souls. After that, they will become a Born Again.)


Born Again: A new Kishin, at this level, the kishin won't even look human. It will look, act, and fight like a beast.

The Next Step: A kishin at this level will have consumed enough human souls to take on a humanoid shape, albeit not human looking. More like a mass of skin that's shaped like a human. A kishin at this level should start developing their powers.

Kishin: This is where they will look completely human, although anyone who talks to them will be able to tell they aren't, by the way their minds work, if anything. Their powers will have progressed quite a bit by now.

Master Kishin: A Kishin at Master level has devoured their weapon as well as an uncountable number of human souls. Their powers are at their peak.

Kishin Leader: The most powerful of the Master kishin will be elected leader. This will be the alpha, the most powerful, the best of the kishin. This will be one of the hardest opponents any could face.


Witch-3: A weaker witch, not too much magical power. On par with a one-star meister.

Witch-2: A basic witch, decent magical strength. On par with a two-star meister.

Witch-1: A strong witch, great magical strength. On par with three-star meisters.

Witch-0: An extremely powerful witch, overwhelming magical strength. Right below being on par with Master Kishin.

Witch Leader: The leader of the witches, this one's magical ability will be enough to even give DTK a hard time. On par with the Kishin Leader.
